the yoga ball work out is a great way to get your body into shape. it toned me up. if your talking about a lot of weight I m not really sure. but try to stick to three meals a day and pack them with fruits and veggies. stay away from sugar at all costs and cheese try to avoid it as much as possible. its not bad to eat carbs but try to eat whole wheat bread instead of white. eat meat but cut off the fat. sometimes it seems hard and i am a total health freak you have no idea. so before your about to eat something that you know you shouldn t ask yourself do i really need this or do i just want it?
