How to lose weight fast? -

Okay well to tell it like this i am a sophomore and i m trying to lose weight . I weigh 130 pounds, i just need to lose at least idk 8 pounds . Any suggestions people ?? And i know i have to drink water but anything else besides that?

Here s a suggestion-don t eat until you lose the weight. Starve yourself. Then start eating again once you ve reached the desired weight- and you ll put it all back on. There is no way to lose weight quickly without definitely putting it back on, and then some.Consistent healthy eating habits and excersize is truly the only way.
