How to lose weight in one month? -

Diet and exercise. Weight Watchers and running will do it.

First of all set a realistic target, i.e. how much would you like to lose in 1 month? 5 lbs, 10 lbs?Then reality check what are the things that you think you can do without, i.e. that choco chip muffin after lunch? or that guilty pleasure ice cream for midnight snack?It s not actually very difficult but you need to be nice to yourself... baby steps honey... I lost a lot of weight when I cut down my carbo intake (i.e. bread, rice, sugar, etc).Try the after 6 diet, that means you can t take any heavy meal after 6 PM, then as I said cut down on carbo, if this is difficult try to take healthy and low fat carbo sources like wholemeal bread, wholemearl crackers, bran flakes, oatmeal that will do the trick. Low carbo, high Protein.Another option you can take is the 7 day diet. This one takes a lot of will power determination...1st day: All fruits (fresh fruits, canned fruits, fresh fruit juice)2nd day: Fruits Vegetables (same approach as 1st day)3rd day: Fish Soup (Clear broth)4th day: Chicken Soup (Clear broth)5th day: Beef Soup (Clear broth)6th day: Any meat Soup (Clear broth)7th day: Carbo Soup (Clear broth)After the 7 days (1st week) you can go back to your normal diet for 7 days (2nd week) then you can repeat this on the 3 rd week, you get the picture?And please don t believe that diet alone can solve the problem, if you are too lazy to do any exercise routines or go to the gym. just a few jogs around the block every otherday would do. Cardio exercise burns a lot of calories i.e. jogging, steps, skipping rope.Good Luck and Be strong! and to motivate yourself, reward yourself once you complete the 7 day diet, it works!

I think that a good way to lose weight quickly is to eat healthy and only at home and not eat after 6pm. Never forget to eat because this causes your body to start storing up fat. a good combination for snacks is also one banana with chamomile tea but don t force yourself to drink the tea if you don t like it. ;) I hope it works for you.

depending how fast you want it. if you want to lose weight quickly. do the master cleanse first.....do it for ten days to lose 20 pounds. if you don t want to do nothing drastic. eat 900 calories a day and workout 4 hours a day. you probably can lose 15 pounds a month doing that.
