How to lose weight? -

i have a swimming party next weekend, and i need to lose a little belly fat before then. i need simple exercises that i can do at home. i can t really go on a diet, i just need some good exercises i can do easily.

Sit ups are the easiest way too lose weight fast, and the simplest. Just do 20-30 situps, once in the morning, and once at night. Thats the best thing to do.

You can t lose weight in a week if you re not overweight.If you just want to tone your tummy, try using the 8 minute abs videos. You can find it on YouTube, just search for it.
