When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
It is possible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 6 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the site in the box below.
of coarseinstead of the gym go for a walk/run out side, do step ups on stairs or chairs, do pushups situps exc at home, you don t need exercise equipmentjust cut calories to 1500 for a woman or 2000 for a man, everything you eat should be for a reason, fruits and veggies for vitamines and fibre, whole grains for minerals and fibre, fish for protein and omega 3, healthy meats for protein, ect
watch what you eat obviously-only eat whole grains (throw out that white/refined bread, pasta, and rice-it s the worst thing for you! has no nutrients. plus when digesting it is/turns into sugar which equals fat), eat 5-8 servings of veg/fruit, lots of water, good proteins, good calcium intakes. Look on shape.com or self.com for great exercises. Jumproping is the second best thing (first is running). Equiment is cheap and space you dont need much of. Also running up stairs is always great. You should do atleast 30 minutes (but i recommend 45-60) of cardio daily (with only one rest day per week). Also look into exercise videos. I like Denise austin s Hit The Spot Pilates video (its like $10-15). Make sure you get some type of beginniners workout. Also, start even 15 minutes daily by doing some type of bootcamp. Start with lets say 15-25 jumping jacks. do 2-5 minutes of high knees. Do 10 push ups. do 20 sit ups. then start over and do this around 5-10 times. It s simple too, even just park further away when going to the grocery store or taking the stairs everywhere really pushes the calorie burning intake up there!always hold in your abs while you do all these exercises too!
Cut down on your portions, eat more veggies, and drink lots of water. Skip desserts. It s easy really.
