How to lose weight fast? -

okay ive told you guys my diet the problem is that im AD/HD so i take pills to calm myself down and with those pills i hardly eat and i am not starving myself i eat when im hungry and basicaly im hungry only at night so i eat like some fruits and mostly chicken or salmon and during the day 1 to 2 gallons of watter and some grapefruit then swim laps for one hour and i feel better then ever ppl are saying HOLY **** YOU LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT and people are saying whats your secret and im starting to look alot of better having pounds off of me so any more advice

Stop eating.It s the only other thing you could do.But not advised really :)

I m not so sure I follow your train of thought. You re losing weight rapidly. And you re having fun doing it. You also seem to be enjoying your diet of chicken and salmon. You re enjoying your exercise. You re getting compliments from others.What sort of advice are you looking for?

Sounds like you ve got the weight loss thing under control. I don t think you need any kind of advice. Keep up the great work!
