Whats a real good way to lose weight fast? -

I weigh (about) 130. I want to be down to 100-105 pounds, do you think that s too little? Also whats the best and fastest way to lose weight? I am 5 feet 4 and just turned 17.

I would recommend something simpler (no major cardio stuff) but try this out: for a couple of weeks, eat your dinner an hour or 90 minutes earlier. Keep at least 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime.Also, increase your intake of water. Measure your weight at the same time each day: for example may as soon as you wake up and finish your mornings nature calls or after a shower and before breakfast? this will help you measure your weight in a consistent manner (not after lunch sometimes, or just before going to bed).This is as simple as it can get! Yes your goal is way to low. You seem like a healthy weight already but think about toning yourself and getting fit instead of losing weight. Running,crunches,sit-ups,push-ups, just do the basics

Get involved in cardio activity either through sports or gym excersize and watch what you eat.If you get lower than 108 pounds, based on your height, you will be technically underweight.

Thats toooo skinny, you d be underweight which isn t healthy.
