Not unless you want to do something really unhealthy, which wouldn t necessarely work. Try the following, but it will only help you a little now and help you a lot in the long run: biking or running (do only as much as you can handle at first), spread out your meals during the day: 3 small meals rather than one big meal. Also, stay away from all junk food.
Well, you could try cutting out all sugars. That works well. That does mean NO soda or sweets. A friend of mine did it to where she would only allow herself sweets or sugars on the weekends but you have to moderate. Also, healthy foods. Only healthy foods. Instead of white use wheat bread and so on. Walking/running. Walking is better for you though. You have to have an equal balance of healthy food and healthy exercise. That s if you wanna do it the healthy way. Or, you could just be lazy and take diet pills, laxatives, throw up after you eat, and get surgery. Don t recomend it though.
