Here s what I did:I stopped eating all sugar and wheat-based products for 2 weeks, except for fruit. All I ate was meat, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Also drink cold water instead of soda or juice because 1. It s healthier, and 2. Your body uses fat to heat up the cold water, helping you lose weight quicker. Also make sure you re eating the amount of calories you should be eating, and less if you want to lose wieght. Also run or jog all the time. And change up your exercises from time to time to keep your body from getting used to it. Also, when the 2 weeks are up, you can start eating whole grains. This diet is also known as the Southbeach diet.
