How do I lose weight fast? -

I was just wondering if anyone knew how I can lose weight kinda quick. I exercise constantly, do 250 crunches everyday and drinks tons of water but my metabolism sucks so I am not sure what else I can do..I eat pretty healthy. Any suggestions?

how do you know if your metabolism sucks? most people i know who think they eat healthy, don t actually know what they eat. and it turns out to be junk. and i don t consider 250 crunches everyday proper exercise. If you want to lose weight the right way, go on a balanced diet of 12 calories per lb of bodyweight, go weight train, and do some cardio. aim for 1-2 lbs per week of weight loss MAX!!!if you want to do it fast (like one of my friends who lost 90 lbs in 3 months, looked like absolute crap, and got sick then had to gain all the weight back again), starve yourself for a couple of months and do streneous cardio for 2-3 hours per day. you will lose a ton of weight, but neither you, or your health will like it.hope that helps.

i recommend swimming, i am a swimmer. 6 1 and 110 pounds of muscle.i have no fat and if you do this enough you can loose weight fasti lost 40 pounds in a month doing this. when they pain comes keep going till you wanna die, then do a little more :)it works trust me :) also you get strong fast!

Losing weight quick just doesn t happen.If you lose fast you are losing water or eating muscle. The water weight will come right back. The muscle loss will make you just look scary.Try walking more,eating more often-small amounts of calories, like 200 to 300 every few hours. Drink the water .Let your mind except yourself as a thin person.don t give up it takes time but it happens.I almost forgot buy a hula hoop. Research the benefits of one you will be amazed.

Cardio, cardio cardio. Crunches are fine, but if you do running, cycling, intense swimming etc they will burn many more calories. Remember to take 2 days off and maybe a high calorie day to shock your metabolism into action. Overdoing it will put your body into stress mode.Remember to eat enough food because if you dont, your body freaks out and hangs on to your fat, while at the same time impairing thyroid function.
