cut off you left leg.otherwise it should be 1-2lbs of fat a week. not weight, but fat. start eating 5-6 lowfat meals a day lots of raw fruits and vegtables and no fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Do an hour of low intensity cardio a day to start, gradually increasing the intensity. add weights 3-4 times a week as well. get a heart monitor, skin calipers, and a tape measure. See where you are at now, remeasure your arms and legs and belly every two weeks, and use the skin caliper every two weeks as well. Watch the inches drop don t worry about the scale so much. Use the heart monitor to see how hard you are working out and keep your heart rate in an aerobic/fatburning zone. No quick and easy solution.

Well, you are a average wieght for your age but here some advice. If you have a child play with them. Play tag it will help you and your child will have fun and stay healthy. If your a single mother or just single take a self defense. All martial arts give you a good workout ( they kick my butt,lol). Just keep it fun and the lbs will fly off. The fact of the matter is, there is no SAFE way to lose weight fast, and unless you are wedged in your stalled car on a train track with the lights flashing, there is nothing worth losing that weight fast for. You must eat at least 5 times a day. Eat healthy..small..meals. People dont realize that not eating makes you gain weight not lose any.

Try starting with a walk every day. Also, lay off of sugary stuff if you eat it. My husband lost like, 15 lbs when he had a job that made him be active and he didn t drink as much soda. Usually, the best thing is to try and be active at least 30min each day. This can be gardening, housework, going for a walk, or even walking the mall or something. So long as the total activity is 30min. Then try to get more active from there. Just know your limits. If you re tiring yourself out too much, feel free to take a break. Strive to do a little bit more every day. And make sure you drink plenty of water. Also, several small meals will help you metabolize what you eat better than eating three main meals every day.
