Well...it depends. If your big and have a fast metabolism, you ve been lazy and you would gain muscle faster and ultimately lose weight a bit faster. However, large people with low metabolism might have a harder time starting up a sweat.Honestly, it depends on diet, exercise and a persons natural body type.I m large and currently working out but I have a low metabolism so it s quite difficult to sweat and to stay at maximum calorie burning levels.Everyone is different, so just hang with whatever works for you.
