I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. I m on Jenny Craig and it s not necessarily cheap you have to pay a membership fee which is around $300 and then you renew every year for only $37 but they always have special offers like 20 pounds for $20. You also have to pay for your food but I figured a way to save money buy just eating special K for breakfast instead of their breakfast and I buy the 100 cal snacks instead of theirs so i only buy Jenny s lunch dinners. I joined a year ago and have lost 40 pounds weight that I gained from when I was pregnant.I would never have lost the weight with out Jenny I ve been able to maintain it on my own its very healthy and would recommended it to anyone. The food is actually very good a whole lot better than nutra-system I heard their stuff is extremely gross.You should definitely give it a try you wont be disappointed. I m not it s been a year and I m still loosing.
