Best and cheapest?Eat less, exercise more.See how easy that was?
if they have costco where you live, buy their diet shakes, it cost like 13 dollars for 25 shakes, get like 3 boxes, drink 3 shakes a day, and for dinner buy (also from costco) boneless skinless chicken breast, make sure its bone less and skinless, they have a lot to choose from, buy lots of corn, or broccoli or any vegi you like, and rice. Eat white rice (around a cup or cup and a half) for dinner, 1 chicken breast ans salad. You can have ketchup, barbaque sauce, salsa, tabasco sauce, a little bit of Soy sauce. 3 shakes and a dinner, plus exercise at least a little. the fat will come off at a nice steady pace, you should feel and look different within 2 weeks, keep it up.

The one you design yourself! Those magic/fast/incredible weight loss programs usually have 0 results. The key is to lower your calorie consumption to the level needed for your target weight. People gain weight when they eat more calories than they need; the extra, unused cals turn into body fat. So, what you need to do is count your daily calorie consumption and make sure you dont go over. I use for free this great diet planner I found at http://www.projectweightloss.com - it calculates your ideal weight and your target calorie consumption, and how many calories you eat with your meals. They also have nice weight charts so you always know where you are and how much longer youve got till you reach your target weight. It worked for me. Hopefully, you`ll find it useful too. Good luck!
Weight watchers is really good. It s $12 per week or $39 per month. I do the $39 per month because you also get access to many online tools. You can eat whatever you want, you just learn what is good for you and how many calories you can have, etc. It s more of a good moral support system than anything.
Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. Even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site. http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-Diets Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs. Hope this helps!
chew your food 30 or more times before swallowing. it works if you keep up with it
If you have insurance, go to a weight loss doctor. They can give you a program, and maybe meds.
