Jenelle- The best way I know to loose weight is swimming, it is less intrusive to your body and you seem to use the most muscles than with any other work out you can do. Jogging is very hard on your bones especially your ankles and your back. Try this for about 20 minutes every other day, Than increase your time intervals 10 minutes each work out, each week.Good luck to you
if you eat the right foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, not a lot of salt of sugar) and exercise you can loose about a pound a week. 1 pound of weight is 3500 calories so you can count calories and through the week don t eat or exercise off 3500 calories. if you want to loose more than a pound a week then get rid of more calories..you get the drift. I suggest jogging 30 minutes a day do 15 push ups, bicycle crunches, lunges and regular crunches 3 times to work on toning. if you have a lot of weight to loose the weight will come off faster than if you only have 5 or 10 pounds to loose. a major thing when working out is making sure you drink plenty of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep and take at LEAST 1 day off to let your body rest and so you don t get burnt out.good luck =)
You can not lose weight if you do not eat healthy while exersising. If you do not want to join a gym i would say that jogging, swimming, female or male (depending on your sex) press ups and sit ups will help to give you a nice all round work out. It will also help you to lose weight and tone up as long as you eat the right things (fruit, veg ect, you know what i mean!) Good luck!
the basics... like running a mile a day..eat the right foods...dnt fores it tho... girlie take you time!! and you ll look guud in no time!
