How to lose weight in a fast and easy way? -

i just started to do a fruit diet. almost everything i eat are fruits and non-fat drinks. but im always tempted by chocolates and candies i see in my house, now it ruins my diet. how can i lose weight faster without putting alot of effort in it?

OK i have tried so many thing but i didn t see no results.But then my moms friend told me i should go to a doctor and ask then what i can do to lose weight and they said to eat anything BUT it has to BE 100 GRAMS each 3 hours eat but remember it has to be 100 grams and in the 1 or 2 months you ll see the difference.

lol...almost everything is fruit? good luck! im telling you, diets dont work and they are unhealthy.you should let yourself eat some candies, because if you dont, one day, youll be so tempted for some, that youll eat a whole bunch of it.u will lose weight with the diet your on (if u keep at it which i doubt) but as soon as u eat something else, youll gain the weight back and quick!

I am 16 years old and I m about 5 2 . I weigh about 130 pounds. I have a little belly and I wear size 3 in jeans. I want to get a flat stomach or lose maybe 10-15 pounds. I don t want to go crazy I just to look a little thinner. I know you need a picture to tell, but I don t have any. I can t exercise regularly because my mom won t take me to the gym, and she won t buy a treadmill. I just need an idea of what to eat and how to exercise at home so that i can achieve my goal by june. Thanks!

just eat things that you like in moderation. and do situps/crunches... you will mostlikely gain weight because of the mucles but your belly will get flat.. it will take about a month or two..

That depends if you NEED to keep it off or just for an event.Usually calculate what your intake should be for your ideal height keep to that intake. Not Fast but very effective healthy.For FAST: Cut your intake down to 1,000 calories (or less if you can do without the nourishment) till you get to where you want.

I need to lose weight how can i lose weight fast? -

i need to lose as much as i can before school starts on aug.20 and i just want to know how can i lose at least 20 pounds?/im 14 5 3 and 116 pounds i need to lose 20 before school starts!!!!!!!!!!! can some one please help me??

I used to be 110. This is a pretty easy diet i tried. Oprah said one diet, dont eat after 8 o clock. But i changed it to 5. I tried this.For one week i just ate normal. But after 5 o clock , the kitchen is closed for me, i brush my teeth, don t eat anything just drink water. Maybe 2-3 cups everyday. Lost 5 pounds in one week. Your weight depends on ur height/genes u can t be 5 8 and be 100 pounds. I also tried running for 20 minutes and ablounge for 20 minutes. 3 days a week. Try to cut out the junk food. not completely. I am in the same boat. I think exercising as much as you can and pushing yourself...and eating fruits and veggies...and small meals. starving doesnt work in the long run and yeah thats about it. No easy way. It sucks. I know.

116 is a very healthy weight for a girl of fourteen. Losing 20 lbs would put you at about 16% body fat which is low, especially for someone of your age. You re a girl I m assuming? LolOkay well, you can have up to like 15 lbs of water weight on. I did because I lost it in like 2 weeks once I quit an anti depressant I was on. I don t know if periods cause this much but they do cause your weight to go up and to make you feel bloated/look bigger. Some people go up a jean size on their period.Your bmi is 20.5, meaning if you got down to 96 lbs your bmi would be 17. Mine was 17.5 and I was on deaths door.You seem to be the perfect size. I d KILL to be your height and weight. Take into consideration water weight, and your eating/exercise habbits -- not saying they re bad but not alot of people realize that some of the things they do that seem harmless actually do quite a bit of damage.Maybe you re not like pick thin, maybe you have some meat on your bones (I don t think it matters, your size is sooo gorgeous anyways!), so do some toning! It can make you look alot thinner.

i m 5 0. i weigh around 46kg-47kg. i want to be thinner. maybe around 43 kg? flat abs. slimmmm thighs. but all has to be done in 2months..seriousl 2months! i need sculpted arms. how??

Do not do a yo-yo diet thing, they don t work. Better and healthy er eating and 4 to 5 days a week of exercise. Loose 5 to 10 lbs just by loosing the sugar from your diet. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Salads with olive oil and white vinegar for dressing. Conventional dressing will be counter productive because of the bad fats. Exercise like walking more. i don t know if this will help the fastest but try eating 1200-1400 caloiers a day, i ate 1500-1600 calories a day and i lost 5-8 lbs a week, and with that i exercised for 30 minutes to an hour, hour 1/2......don t drink any soft drinks only drink water, don t eat any chocolate or sweets.....whatever you don t go anerexic cuz you could die....even though you loose weight you are loosing the stuff your body needs to survive!

if you get in to the throw up routine be very carefull because once you hit one point, you ll have a shitty life for ever, no you wont just have un healthy organs, youll be like ******* up and cant eat this and that at this amount and eat this type of food everyday and this amount and ****.
