Help with weight loss? -

i need some advice im wanting to lose 60 pounds (im not looking for a quick fix) i have never really had to watch what i ate or exercised cause i was always skinny...but then i got pregnant and had a baby and gained alot of extra weight with it. im a single mom who has very little money to spend on expensive weight loss programs or gym memberships...so what im wanting to know is what are some cheap easy low calorie meal ideas for breakfast lunch and dinner and some good exercises to do...i don t have alot of free time cause like i said im a single mom so when im not working im tending to her all of the time.

get some friends together and go walking every day just for 30-60 mins, take baby along in a stroller too also you could buy some aerobic videos for home or just stick with lunges, squats, etc and running around after your baby will also help w/ itAlso check out this blog for great advice on nutrition and fitness:http://mytotalfitness.blogspot.com/http://thegreatbookmarks.blogspot.com/

a great exercise video that I use is the biggest loser cardiomax dvd. its great for single moms, because its quick, easy, and effective. also, it costs about ten dollars. do the workout 4-5 times a week, with a sensible diet, and you ll lose weight. I d recommend you eat special K for breakfast, its delicious :) there are three different levels of workouts, the shortest one is 20 minutes and the longest is 40 minutes. its very effective though.here s a link, wal mart sells the dvd for about nine dollars best of luck!http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d

Herbalife has a wonderful weight-loss system. I loss 5 lbs. on the system the first week., with-out any exercise. I have 3 kids (12, 4, 3m), after each one I put on another 20 lbs. I m happy to say I ve made it back into my pre-pregnancy pants 10lbs. less than when I got pregnant this last time. Its 100% All Natural. Doctor Approved. And Guaranteed. It only cost about $2 a meal replacement. Check out this site or e-mail me for more info. http://herbal-nutrition.net/sherrys
