You have healthy weight loss for each week. It is healthy to lose between 1-2 pounds per week. Just be sure that you aren t consistently losing more than 2 pounds a week, if you are, you aren t eating enough. Also, be sure you are eating enough throughout the day, especially breakfast. Don t skip a meal because you don t have calories left or want to save up calories. It s important to eat 3 healthier meals everyday with snacks in between. Good luck!
