Help me loose weight please i need good tips? -

also how is an ab rocket? but i need good weight loss tips and fast ways to loose about 10 pounds

I MEAN U dont need a special dietjust cut calories and exercise easy as that

First off dont not eat, or throw up, (obviously), second don t over workout, it s not good for your body. I know you will hear this a lot but the fastest way i know how is to exercise and diet. Exercising is 90% of what you have to do and dieing is 110% of what you have to do!

I m having this same situation right now! I m just exercising for an hour or hour and a half every day and eating heathy. I ve been told that just watching what I eat should help me lose pounds fast. good luck!

Lots of antioxidants (like those found in acai berrys or good old vitamin C) and weightlifting, light weights, many repetitions.

go for lik a 5-10 min. jog but run for 3 min. stright evryday plus dont eat ice cream cuz that will killl da diet nd eat lots of dark green vegies plus dont drink 2 much soda water is preferable that is wat my tranier always tells mi nd it help a lot trust mi :) tell mi if it works out :D Good Luck honey

its simple eat healthy,and walk.walking is very good for you not only will you shed the pounds but it is also very relaxing.try to walk abou a mile a day until you get the rythem and then go for two miles .you will be looking good before you know it.when you reach your dsired look,keep walking make it a daily routine

NO,NO,NO look sweetie you DO EAT and DONT pay listen to the person who said DONT EAT cause guess what...IT MAKES YOU GAIN. But im 13 and in going on a juice diet...but only for 1 day. If you dont know what that is it is when you drink 100% juice all day and dont eat anything but it cleans out your system and what not just look it up on Google and you will c it but dont try it for more then 1 day if you do try it and make sho it say 100% juice not can juice, or any of that 100% the # after 99%

And since you can t target weight loss in your midsection (or anywhere else for that matter) you might as well do whatever can get your heart rate up and keep it up for a while. The best way to lose weight by exercise and diet together

Here s my way:(I haven t tried yet) Don t eat anything, just drink orange juice for three or four days (It s up to you but don t make it more than 4 days). The fifth day you MUST just drink water. If you eat, I don t know what could happen to your stomach. Then eat soup only for two days and finally, you can eat anything. Let s see how much you can take off.
