WEIGHT LOSS TIPS...ANYTHING HELPS.? -

I m getting married and I need to lose weight. I want to lose the most weight that I possibly can, and as soon as possible.....HELP PLEASE! thank you soo much :) :) :)

600 calories a day.

have you meals planned for you 24-7 by professionals so you dont have to count calories and drive yourself nut. Iv included the link below to the most effective and cheapest program out there. They can help for sure. Best of luck to you.

Jogging and diets (Absolute no sweets, frieds etc)

if you want to keep the diet going so you don t binge out on your honeymoon, dont label a food either good or bad and dont completely limit yourself to unhealthy foods, because you ll probably fall into temptation and eat and drink sweets and soft drinks or whatever.

Of course eating less works but being hungry sucks! Check this out it will help curb your hunger and help you lose weight without drugs or stimulants!!! Check out this amazing video www.o3world.org (the o is the letter o not the #) or go to www.holonwellness.comGood luck

Weight Loss Tipshttp://weightlossweightloss.blogspot.com----Exercise(Aerobics and Strength Training)--Interval Training - great way to boost metabolism----Drink more water----Increase your protein intake----Eat Negative calorie food -- --Eat slowly----Cut down the sugar intake-----Do not skip meals----Eat breakfast everyday ----Eat smaller, more frequent meals----Replace white rice, bread, and pasta with brown rice and whole-grain products--http://weightlossweightloss.blogspot.com

you will want to focus on good healthy food and exercise. That is really what it comes down to. Focus on lean protein and veggies and eat smaller more frequent meals say 5-6 a day. This will keep your metabolism high and promote weight loss. Do some type of cardio 4-5 times a week for 20-30mins a day. Also try to do some circuit training with weights at a fast pace. This will also speed up you metabolism and give your body a little more definition. Put it all together and you can t go wrong. I have been following a similar program and I have lost 20lbs in six weeks. Hope that helps!http://www.mybigfatdiary.com

My dad had a little bit of a weight prolbem. What he did to loose it was drink 6-8 glasses of distilled watter. For every 25 lb your over drink another one. It took a little time to do it. (2 months or so) but its worth it. Also eat a breakfast an hour after you get up in the morning. Depends on how late you sleep. Don t eat after 6. Unless you stay up late.

cut calories- and increase exercise...ya, sometimes it sucks but it really works....answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;
