mind set!! The best thing you can do while attempting to lose weight is change your way of thinking. Plan your meals, think about what you eat. Set aside time every morning and evening for exercise. Make a schedule and stick to it. But mostly, have realistic expectations. You didn t gain weight in one week, you won t lose it in one week. Pat yourself on the back for each little bit of progress, day by day. I did work out well today I lost a pound today Praise yourself for eating grapes instead of cookies. Smile at yourself. And then dream about the new clothes you are going to have to get for the new you. Every day is a new start on the new you

theres lots (try finding all in a book) heres some:1. always stick to the diet! never cheat (maybe one day every 2 wks)2. have a strong mental attitude, you have to stick to it (its harder than it looks, sometimes you ll feel pumped about looking good and other times you ll be like: man, when am i gonna be done with this?! 3. workout, jog, exercise, ALWAYS STRETCH!!! get good night s sleep!4. preferably workout in the morning. have 6 meals a day (big brkfst, mid-morning snack, okay sized lunch, afternoon snack, porportional dinner, night snack) 5. stay away from the white foods (lol! no racism!) no breads, sugars, flour, etc cause thouse are BAD CARBS!6. get loads of protein, decent amount of fat (yes make sure there good fats), good carbs (carbs from healthy foods, no bread! they make you retain water!)7. REMEMBER WEIGHT LOSS IS 90% DIET 10% workout and another 100% mental attitude! GOOD LUCK, im starting to lose weight too!drink loads of water as well about a gallon thru out the day!

When eating eat health. (No brainer)If you have a celebration, (Thanks Giving, Party, etc.) Fill your plate with healthy foods first, this way you will get full faster and will not eat as many unhealthy foods. Also when eating, eat slower, you ll enjoy your meal twice as much.Be determand and set weight loss goals for yourself.Don t starve yourself! Then when you go to eat, you ll most likely binge eat, from being so hungry.Hope that helps.

Eat SMALL balanced meals several times a dayMeaning breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.By balanced I mean HEALTHY. Lots of vegetables, enough fruit, not too much bread, dairy etc, and CUT DOWN on the meat, or go vegetarian, like I did :) (People lose on average 30 lbs the first year.)Also, I cant stress this enough DRINK LOTS OF WATERForget fruit juices and pop - too high in sugar.Go for a walk at least once a day, and exercise more if it s possible. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. mental coercion. if you notice ppl who have drastically lost weight, then they had a large burst of mind over matter . that is all it is. its like kicking drugs or something. you have to be hardcore like Rocky Balboa. seriously

-eat off a smaller plate-if you feel like you need to eat something, chew some gum-serve yourself, then put the food back, so if you want more you have to walk over to get it.thats just some of my stuff-
