Does anyone have some good weight loss tips? -

I went from 125 to 135 in like 6 month s I haven t changed much of my diet, WHAT S GOING ON!

A good tip for weight lose is to not try to lose weight. A lot of diets will tell you that you will lose weight fast, but where are you losing the weight from? Most of them will lose the weight from muscles, which will lower your metabolism, causing you ro gain it back again. Instead of losing weight, lose the fat. To do this, just remember one word: SYNERGY. There are four component:1. Eat healthy - For your body to be healthy, it needs the proper nutrition. And, for you muscles to grow, you need the nutrition.2. Exercise - You want to do both cardio exercise and weight lifting. Cardio workouts are good for your heart and will burn more calories while you are exercising. Weight lifting will increae your muscles, which will burn more calories while at rest.3. Rest - For your muscles to grow, you need plenty of rest. They need at least 48 hours to recover, so don t work the same muscles everyday. Also, to recharge your body, try to get 8 hours of sleep each night.4. Hydration - Your muscles are made up of 70% water, so you want to keep your hydration level up. You want to drink water before you get thirsty. Carry a water bottle with you and sip on it all day. These four items done by themselves, are very good for you. But if you do them all together, you will see your results multiply 100-fold.

eat less, move more.

Depending on your age your metabolism may have slowed down. If you cut out 2 cokes and a candy bar a day (or approx 500 calories) you will lose 1 pound per week. Here is the math. 3500 calories = 1 pound. 500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calories.Cardio is the answer. Bike, swim run, jog, something that keeps you moving. The latest I have heard is for 45 minutes per day. Try to keep your heard rate at between 60 and 80% of maximum. If you do both of these you can get back to your regular weight in a month.

To answer your first question, adding weight training will build more muscle that will over time increase your metabolic rate. Three times a week should do it. To answer your second question, if you have thinning of the hair, and/or feeling lethargic all the time, see your doctor. it could be your thyroid (hypothyroidism).

Go to jogging daily at morning. Jog for around 1 hr. Make sure you have sweat on your face,stomach,...Do this atleast for one month then c the results.Remember, you gain weight without hardwork but to loose it you have to work hard. so the best thing to do is keep on working hard..I hope you will listen to my suggestion.neway its upro you bcoz you r your own boss..All the best.
