WEIGHT LOSS TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!? -

Hi I m 14 turning 15 in march anyways i really really want to lose weight i am 5 3/5 4 and i weigh 177lbs and i really would appreciate any tips,suggestions anything i would really appreciate it SOOOO much plz!!!!!

I whent on the ALL fruit diet for 1 week and lost 5 lbs! I barley excersized so if you do like cardio and jogging you ll loose like 8 lbs in 1 week!! WATER is good for loosing weight to!This does help! :)

start eating smaller serving sizes, cut your fat intake by 10%, u can eat more of the non fatty foods in your meal to make up for any extra hunger. Don t add more fat to meals that already have fat. Condiments such as cheese,mayonnaise and butter for example is just adding more fat. Don t eat after sunset, give your body 4 hours without eating before you sleep.Exercise is also key, do not be intimidated by the term exercise.
