hey ladies. i need your help. i want to get in great shape for summer and during summer. how can i do this fast and easy without a gym membership? tips please... foods to eat, workouts, motivation... anything will help. thank you

When you drink a glass before a meal, you ll usually want less food as a result. If you can train your body to eat less food at every meal, you ll lose those unwanted pounds in no time.#5- While eating, stop when you are satisfied. Most of us get in the habit of waiting until we can t eat any more. This is a bad habit to get into as it results in storing excess fat. If we ll learn to determine when we are satisfied, it will result in you eating a lot less food. Whenever you consume less calories, it will help you lose weight quickly.
