Does anybody have any exercise tips or eating tips on how to loose weight

It s a bad word people don t like to hear: cardio. What you need to do is not eat when you get up in the morning and go do at least 60 minutes of cardio where your heart-rate is around 60%-70% effort. The reason it s so long is because it takes 20 minutes for your body to even begin to burn fat, meaning 60 minutes is only 40 minutes of fat burning.Changing your eating habits alone will take you forever to see change. You need to count calories, cut out most fat and sugar and non-complex cabs (white starches are a no no). Don t eat after 6 p.m. either. You also might want to grab some Dexatrim (if your health lets you) to suppress your appetite.Also remember that it will take you around three months to really start to see change. You will see change the first month, then you won t see anything for another two months; the three month mark is about where everyone give up, but the wonders that happen around the 4th month can t be put into words. Just keep trucking, and change your lifestyle and find groups (online of offline) who share your commitment to exercise and healthy living, it will do wonders to have that support.

there is no magic pill. drink a lot of water, exercise (do whatever you enjoy doing), eat less. read the montignac book. you change the way you eat and you loose wait by eating the right way. good luck.
