How can I lose 9lbs before next Sat? Quick fixes please!? -

Fast weight loss tips much appreciated. Is it even possible to lose that in just over a wk?

On the 3 Day Diet I lose an average of 3-4lbs in three days. If you were to do 3 cycles of this continuously until the event you d lose a decent amount.(Depends on how much you weigh. I m 5 4 and 140lbs, so I have a bit to lose. If you weight more than that, respective to your height, then you will lose more. If you weigh less, then you will lose less)Here we go, follow it EXACTLY, no snacking. Seasoning is limited to salt and pepper, only THINLY spread marg on the toast if you want (nothing apart from marg). Use common sense with this diet! This is a fad diet but it does work, I have tried it. Perfect when you want to lose a few pounds for a special event.Failing that, good old fashioned starvation. try taking Bio Body Perfect - Fat Burner, yuu can buy them from argos they say in the catalog that they are ��12 something but when i bought them they were only ��8, if yuu dont wanna buy them from there yuu can buy them off the internet, There not ment to be taken with food because it slows down the weight lose but i still eat whist taking them and i lost 3 pounds in less than 10 hours. Not possible. You can lose about 3 or 4 lbs in that time fairly healthily, but not 9lbs unless you starve yourself silly, which will make you feel incredibly ill.That s the sort of weight loss anorexics d be proud of.

Although I would never do this myself, well you asked.....1.) Enemas 2.) Juice diets (fasting) 3.) Soaking in a tub with epsom salts (add about 2 cups) a couple of hours before the event .

I dont think that there is anything, i was looking at the lemonade diet not my hubby wont let me do it. you could lose up to 20lbs in 10 days.

Drink lots of Vodka - eat lots of pizza - keep vomitting for the next couple of days ..and - a new thinner you...by next week.
