Does anyone know any good weight loss tips? (easy 10 points)? -

I know that a balanced diet is required, but what foods are those exactly?? And how many of each food should I have per day?? What are good meals to eat?? Also, how long should I spend working out?? Since I don t have any gym equipment, what can I do at home that will help?? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers. XOXO

First..I am sorry some people have no manners like your first responder..second, try looking at Fitness Magazine.com..they are fantastic with great advice...I like the low carb diet for me, worked great and good food and I am never hungry. You don t need weights, you can use all kinds of household items like chairs for stepping and balance workouts, milk jugs for weights, etcgood luck hon!

Okay, you should actually eat many times a day (6-5) but in small portions. If your body recognizes that you are putting in a constant flow of food is will turn the food into energy as opposed to fat (like after a diet when). But the food portions should take up as much volume as your fist (breakfast excluded just not to much). You should avoid any foods and drinks that have trans fats, high fructose corn syrup (regular corn syrup is okay), hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils, and modified corn starch ( regular corn starch is okay). Always use olive oil when cooking even when greasing a pan. Have one egg every five days and chicken twice a weak but you need protein everyday. Also make shure you buy all organic foods. As for working out you can do 20 minutes of work out a day and if you like to stay indoors do push ups and crunches but the best is to go for a nice jog outside for 20-30 minutes.

Although I know this isn t simple, it is a simple equation. In order to lose 1 pound you have to have a deficit of 3600 calories. So basically you need to find our your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), that is the number of calories that your body needs to function. THen you need to figure out how many calories that you burn with exercise (based on Your body weight) and how many calories you are eating. The easy part is figuring out how many calories you need and how much exercise you need to create the deficit. The hard part is doing it.Now for specifics of what to eat, here is a sample menu:1 egg, slice of high fiber bread, fruitfruitsalad, low fat dressing, chicken or tunanon fat greek yogurtsalmon, brown rice, asparagusstrawberries non fat cool whipand lots of water!!!

Easy ones are cutting carbs (pasta, breads, rice, starches like potatoes, etc.) and increasing the amount of fluids you drink, especially water!Check out the links below for balanced diet tips.As far as working out at home, I suggest checking out some of the workouts on Women s Health (also in the links below) they have some great workout tips including what you can do at home. Personally I love to use my balance ball (those big rubber balls that kind of bounce) while watching tv, reading, etc to get my abs and core worked out.Good luck!

Fresh fruit, veggies and such. No processed foods-like from the deli even though it s turkey. Low fat or no fat, things like that. You should work out 30 minutes a day and you don t need any equipment. Use your own body as resistance such as in pushups, crunches, etc. Also, try the tv. Lots of cable companies have an exercise tv channel with everything from beginner to abs, dancing, cardio, and all that.

You need to eat foods that contain a lot of fiber. This makes you feel full, and satisfies cravings. Foods with fiber are things like oatmeal, nuts, vegetables, whole grains breads and rice and such. Stay away from sugar (especially in liquid form). Also, watch when you eat. Try to not eat anything for the three hours (at least) before you go to sleep. Drink lots of water and milk. Excercise is good, but don t think it gives you the permission to eat whatever and whenever you want.

don t go on a diet, that s mostly non-efficient.,eat light breakfast every day - cereal/fruit/yogurt and an apple or orange before lunch. have a nice lunch but don t eat too much, just enough. and don t eat after 8, that s the most important thing.

Actually, you don t have to diet in fact in order to lose weight, I discovered this at the site in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I lost 5 pounds by doing as they advised.

When you want to lose weight try out the newest diet supplement, it cleanses your insides and will flush out as much as twenty pounds from your torso. There s a risk free trial offered at http://pubelecs.kadieu.com it s much better than dieting lol!!!
