Easy weight loss tips? -

I am 5 4 and 105 pounds, but I m not very old. I have recently been gaining weight, and I want it to stop. I have always been self concious, but this is making me even worse. I know that I m thin but I feel like I m just not as thin as I used to be. Does anyone have any weight loss tips so that I can shed the 5 or so pounds I ve gained recently. And please don t say it s just puberty.

Hi, I can tell you about a brand new weight loss / hunger management , portion control capsule called FORMPortion control is a very important part of weight loss. Many of us over eat and consume more calories than we are able to burn off. FORM helps with this, you take it 30 minutes before a meal with water. It swells up in your stomach so you eat less and feel full faster. You even feel full between meals and that helps eliminate compulsive snacking. FORM has no side effects and is drug and stimulant free. It works 100% of the time.Learn more at http://www.ControlPortions.com

You are already far to thin to be considering losing any more weight, however if may help you to feel in control of your body more if you kept a food diary. You should be eating 2000 calories a day (and no, two cheeseburgers does not count). If you really must shed those 5 pounds the best way to do it is with exercises as it stops you getting saggy skin and becoming more flat chested (as often happens with food based diets). Try doing about 30 sit ups, 10 press ups and about 30 straight legs lifts.N.B. you will not actually lose weight with exercises, you will loose inches instead (muscle is heavier than fat and all that) so to judge if you have lost any its best to get the tape measure out.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don teat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, youdon t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points orto buy special meals or plans.

You are actually supposed to weigh 120 lbs.you are pretty short though.i m 14 and i m getting all these growth spurts.my body would gain a few pounds look a bit you know chubby...and theni would grow a few inches and i look leaner.don t worry about the wieght gain. your body is just prepparing to grow taller.i recommend exercising and eating fruits and veggies.weight isn t an issue here so don t worry

You are already underweight. Guys do not like skinny girls. At 5 4 an attractive weight is more like 125 lbs. Don t worry about your weight so much. There is plenty more to worry about than losing 5 lbs when you are already underweight.

I know you probably don t want to hear this...but for your height, you are a bit underweight...You need energy, if you lose any more weight, you will be bed-ridden!

The amount of calories required varies from person to person. There is no need to worry about the amount of calories you consume as about eating the proper foods. Rotate your foods, and be sure to eat a variety of foods. Eat meals that consist of a balance of proteins, complex carbohydrates, and some fat. Proteins can increase your metabolic rate by as much as 30%, and help to balance the release of insulin by prompting secretion of the pancreatic hormone glucagons. Protein-induced glucagons, mobilizes fats from the tissues in which it is stored, thus aiding in weight loss. By eating balanced meals you get more steady blood sugar levels and the ability to burn stored body fat for long-term weight loss. Along with a little meat protein, eat mainly plant proteins, such as nut, seeds, and grains.Eat fresh fruits and an abundance of raw vegetables. Have one meal each day that consists entirely of vegetables and fruits. Use more low calorie vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green beans, kale, lettuce, onions, radishes, spinach, and turnips. Eat more of the low calorie, low-carbohydrate fruits including, apples, cantaloupe, grapefruit, strawberries, and watermelon.Eat foods raw where possible. Drink 8 C 10 glasses of water each day. Also include home made fruit juices and vegetable juices in your diet. Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables - at least all kinds that you can get your hands on. Just eat more of the low cal., low carb ones. And do not forget to take exercise. Exercise can come in the form of brisk walk.
