Tired of being the fat girl? -

I m going back to school sometime in the middle to end of August, and I m begging you for your weight loss tips. I m 14, 5 5 , and somewhere near 200 pounds. I m tired of being the fat girl! Please don t answer this saying things like lose weigh tubby because I get that enough at school. Please help, I m desperate and have even considered purging.

ok DO NOT BECOME BULEMIC that WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS i understand in our society weight is a struggle here are some tips for you1. Stop drinking sugary drinks such as sodas and energy drinks they make you bloated and are unnecessary2. try to eat at least 2 fruits a day and 3 servings of vegtables each day3. Drink lots and lots and lots of water, it ll clear up your skin and will be healthy for you4. exercise at least 30 minuetes a day, combining crunches, push ups, and just simply choosing the stairs instead of the elevator 5. convince your family to help you in your new lifestyle once your family starts eating healthier you will too6. DON t GIVE UP it will be hard, and you ll think about going back but just envision a healthy body (not skinny HEALTHY)Remember to put things in perspective, you are not fat you simply are built differently and there is nothing wrong with that learn to love your body7. people who tell you to lose weight tuby are not only insensitve but are insecure they are probably embarassed of their acne or stupidity and are using you to make you feel better, don t give them the satisfaction!i hope i helped you

Try to find a sport or hobby that you enjoy that is active or even one you ve always wanted to try out. Sign up for classes or go with friends or even alone. If you like hiking, bike rides, swimming, pick something you won t hate and then do that as an activity. Also, write down all the foods that are healthy that you already like to eat. Then make and buy those foods. If you cheat, just forget about it, don t beat yourself up or feel despair. Realize everyone makes mistakes but I ve been doing so good with this and that and I m just gonna get back on track, no big deal. Never ever give up or think you are, even if you go on a two week binge. Try to make it as fun as possible to lose weight and you ll stick with it. Gardening, boxing, hiking, surfing, there are so many fun things to do, how long are you going to be able to do something you re going to be miserable with? Try and make it fun, don t weigh yourself all the time, take the pressure off. Say you want to be healthy as a goal instead of on a diet, this will trick your mind and not get it so stressed out when it hears the word diet. I have lost 20 pounds doing this. Also finding a trainer or nutritionist can keep you going when you want to give up.

1) Drink a glass of water before every meal. It fills you up so you don t over eat. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body.2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you re full, so if you eat fast, you ll overeat.3) Never crash diet. Don t go under 1200 calories a day. It ll slow your metabolism down, and you won t be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day. And once you do start eating normally again, you ll regain all the weight you lost immediately. Instead, take it slow and steady.4) Don t be a lazy bum. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving. 5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don t feel the urge to keep picking at your food.6) And don t beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation. But don t deprive yourself, or you won t get ANYWHERE.7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating. You can save calories by not eating every last bite.8) Substitute diet foods for regular foods - Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc.Check out Free Exercise Videos on Youtube

Well first, you will need to leave all greasy and sugar packed foods for, well, a long time. If you want to lose weight, you will need to do cardio workouts.runningjoggingswimmingjump ropeellipticalsand treadmillsdo one or more of these cardio workouts for 1 whole hr. Pick a day out of the whole week to be your rest day.Drink plenty of water, at least 6 to 8 glasses of water.And go on a diet of course. Eat foods that are high in fiber and protein. and make sure your calorie intake is no more or less then 1200 per day.If you work hard and dedicate yourself doing all this, you will shed those lbs in less then 3 monthsI lost 18lbs in a month and so. I m 19 and I weight 163 still trying to get a six pack.Anyways, best of luck.Don t feel back for being chubby, once you lose weight, you will transform yourself into a beautiful butterfly, no joke.

You shouldnt call yourself fat!I think your fine. But since you want to lose weight here are some of my lose weight tips :)-Diets:eat salads, or more fruits vegetables.DONT EAT ANY JUNK FOOD. Huge tip, please dont eat junk food. It will just make you gain more weight and much unhealther. Drinking milk also helps so, i suggest to drink some every night! It gives you a better sleep too.-ExcersizeIf there is a gym around the block, then go there and excersize there everyday. If you just want to excersize at home, then i suggest to do these type of stretches physical activities:Jumping JacksStretchingsPush-UpCurls Ups Running in Place.Do that everyday, for about 1-2 hours and you ll lose an amount of pounds.Hope this helps good luck :)

if you know its bad don t eat it. Drink a lot of water drink green tea, run a lot(4x a week) and eat small meals every 2-3 hours. you ll see results in a week or 2 promise.
