How to lose weight? the best and easiest way please? -

Im 14 yrs old and weigh 73kg. I really want to lose weight this summer with the duration of 1 month cause I feel that if I lose weight I ll have more confidence talking to other people. Im a loner T_T.

The good news is that you re not that overweight to the point that dieting and light exercise won t help you. The bad news is that there is really no easy way to lose weight. That is, a way that you will see results quickly. People often want to see results overnight and when you are desperate, it s easy to fall for things like dieting pills and other gimics. The best way to lose weight is the healthy, natural way. Eating the right things and exercising, and losing it at a healthy rate so that you don t gain it back after changing you diet again. Eating on a 1500 calorie diet daily. Make sure you work out atleast three times weekly and burn off 500 calories. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains, cut out the carbs. That means less bread and baked goods. Instead of sodas and sugary drinks, have water, ice cold water. Instead of sweets, have dark chocolate. eat 4 to 5 small meals daily and make sure you eat breakfast. Yogurt and fruit would be the best choice. No food 3 hours before sleeping ;) As for exercise, do mild cardio as in jogging and walking for about 2 to 3 hours when you chose to work out. If you do this, you will see results at a healthy rate. Losing no more than 2 lbs weekly is a healthy rate.
