How to lose weight for a 13 year old? -

I am 5 2 , female, and weigh 45 kg. I want to lose weight because i feel fat. lol duhso how do i lose weight?

You re 13!! and you re not overweight. Just live a healthy lifestyle and you ll feel alot better, trust me. Stop eating fast food and stuff like pogos, chips,blablaa. Instead of having chocolate for desert or wtv, have a fruit with just a bit of chocolate on it, not only is it better for you but it taste much better. whatever you do, do noooot go on a diet, just change ur eating habits. Once you go on a diet once, you re doomed for life because you ll be caught in a yoyo-diet or wtv.

im 12 and weigh the same as you..i m not jokin every time i sit down i feel fat so i ve stopped eating altogether and i m trying not to miss any p.e lessons and i ride my bike often. it helps but i only lost about 3 kilos. but the thing is i often feel sick and can t concentrate in school because i be so hungry so i sometimes eat an apple or i try to drink water- this is how i lost weight but you better be ready for the cravings! (oh yeah and try to stand instead of sit down-as you can lose calories this way aswell)

You shouldn t worry about such things at 13yrs... that s what you do 16+. But now it s time to start loving yourself, not hating parts of yourself. If you can do that, then it will be much easier to lose what you dislike because you will be happy with whatever you end up with.

you dont your light enough already...if you lose anymore weight you will start getting sick.Dont let the media and all those super skinny models brainwash you into thinking you have to act and look a certain way.. trust me on this one.

indigoprime is right...If you lost weight now you d end up with an eating disorder.If you keep thinking like this - seek help.
