How to lose weight in 20 days? -

I have to lose weight in 20-25 days with hectic schedule. Just need to lose 10-15 pound and lose some inches on waist and get a flat stomach. I have a wedding coming up on dec 20th. Please suggest

I just want to warn you that loose a lot of weight to quickly is actually a bad thing, when you loose to much weight to quickly the body goes into a sort of emergency mode and it will try to store as much fat as possible to be used as energy. The best amount of weight to loose per week is around 2 pounds any more than that can actually cause harm so be careful. The list is huge on what you can do and you have to be committed to this and no cheating.1. Stop eating sugar, the less sugar the better( the only sugar that you should be intaking is from fruits.2. Drink plenty of water.4. eat a balanced meal, with very small portions of meat.5. eat a large healthy breakfast, eat a snack(healthy), eat a med lunch,eat a snack, eat a small dinner (wait for 3 hours before going to sleep) sleeping with a full stomach will cause your body to store all of the fat from your dinner because it needs blood in the brain during REM sleep.6. RUN/jog/swim ( you need to use more energy than you are getting from your food, this will cause the body to use the fat from your body and turn it into energy)7. Stay stress free, stress can make the body store fat so relax and have fun becoming healthier, it has been proven that living a healthy life can extend your life by 15 to 25 years.

Exercise, eat lots of fruits and vegetables as well as protein (protein helps turn sugar into energy), cut out anything high in artificial sugars since they easily turn into fat.Also drink water, it helps speed up the metabolism.Try eating small meals every few hours, instead of 3 big ones.Don t starve yourself or fast because you WILL fail and most likely end up gaining double. Plus it s not healthy.

Cut out all sugar, carbs, soda. excersise a least 2-3 km a day. try to be more active ie.- insead of driving to work- walk to public transport. just do little things and eat more healthy but less, or if you perfer to try to loose weight more easily join weigt watchers i know that is one of the more simpliar ways.

Get the 30 day supply of Nutrisystem its great for someone like us that is one the go, its a little pricey but is totally worth it if you follow the plan. Also what I did, I always parked at the furthest parking spot. You would be surprised at how much more exercise you get.

Only drink water and healthy foods, and do lots of situps and running. I don t know if you can lose 10-15 pounds in that little time, but you can lose some weight.

its honestly not hard if u follow a simple routine..dont eat three hours before bedtime, eat breakfast, make breakfast the biggest meal, and try and have six small meals a day instead of three big ones...and of course keep it healthy..fruits, veggies, fiber, protein..not a lot of carbs like white rice, nooles, bread..whole wheat is good but try and stay away from white foods..except milk, onions... drink skim milk too. it actually has more vitamins in it...i hope this gives you some simple tips to remember when youre about to put something in your mouth..also excercising will speed up the process..just walking 20 minutes every day will certainoly help..and if u want a flatter stomach then id do some crunches..50 a night id say but when your ab muscles hurt give it a day to get better.. im no health instructor or anything but personally this has always worked for me..most importantly, i have a bad habit of eating late at night so just by cutting eating at night i always lose a good 5 lbs..
