How to lose weight for the entire body? -

I ve some questions here, someone please answer~1.Can someone guide me some exercise that can be done to make my arms, legs and stomach slimmer?2.Will drinking a lot of water helps to slim down and how about juices like carrot juice?3.Any suggestion on what shoud I intake to slim down in a month?

Unfortunately, you cant spot reduce any part of your bdoy. For example if you want a flatter tummy and you do sit ups, its not going to work. You need to get rid if the layer of fat ontop first to be able to see muscle. And getting rid of the fat is quite challenging enough. Cardio is the best option for losing fat. Low intensity cardio that is. High intensity cardio causes you to gain muscle therefore making you either bigger or the same (due to the muscle, as muscle bulges out quite easily). It also makes you weigh more as muscle weighs more than fat. Low intensity cardio however (walking is probably the best one I can think of) burns calories without getting to hardcore muscles. It might tone you up a little bit but not as much as high intensity stuff like jogging, running or cycling. Eating or drinking a particular thing wont help you slim down. it depends all on your overall intake. The reasons why people recommend to drink lots of water on diets are..- To keep hydrated because usually dieters incorporate exercise in their daily regime.- To keep hydrated even without exercise, as 70% of our body is made up of water. - To clear out our system. If you ever lose weight from drinking a lot of water, its because the water helps to remove toxins and other bad stuff from the intestines. It works with fibre to get rid of it all. So youre not losing fat, youre losing toxins etc. Your caloric intake depends on how tall you are, your weight, your age, your gender and activity level. So if youre tall, active and heavy, you d need a lot more calories than a short light and sedentary person.

Hello! :)I think the perfect way to shape your arms and legs is to do cardio. When you run, move your legs and tighten your glutes. It ll help tone your body and give it a nice,lean figure. Make sure you stretch before and after you run. Remember, you must gain muscle before losing weight. By the way, doing a 10-15min workout straight out of bed in the morning will help. (situps,lunges,jumping jacks, planks etc)If you drink water and fat-free milk(skim milk) it ll definitely help slim you down. Water hydrates you and the calcium from the milk gives you strong bones and teeth (white teeth, too!). Researchers found that people who drank milk more than those who didn t were much more leaner. If you urine is pale-yellow to clear, your re hydrated, but if it s dark, then you need water.

to make your legs slimmer without gaining muscle is really hard (cardio is your best bet for legs), making your stomach slimmer will have to make muscle (doing sit-ups), and your arms will have to just lose weight with light weights and soft lifting.... Stomach: you can do alot of sit-ups, different styles and positions. Legs and Arms: do light cardio, the bike and the elliptical work really well!! To tone your arms use light weights like 3 s or 5 s and do aerobic workouts with them. Overall watch what you eat and dont eat late at night!! and you will overall lose weight!

take it slowly...if you rush, your skin might hang loose.. i would suggest that you lessen your intake in carbohydrates(rice,potatoes,etc)and increase your fiber intake. drinking a lot of water can only clean your system but it does help in some point or another..

I know that fibre in your diet can help prevent fat storage. Im not sure where i heard it from but its a known fact. It says that fat clings onto fibre and because fibre is not absorbed into the body, it is flushed out of the body along with the fat.

reduce carbs and salt in the diet finish dinner by 7pm. no salt after dinner. do more cardio/ and also weights they will help the body tonned.

Following the usuals,o.k. But I suggest that take lime juice,salted, with each meal and no overeating.

It may sound weird but to loose weight you must gain muscle and eat a well balanced diet. There is one exercises that will target every muscle you have mentioned. Push-ups. I know they are hated but they are one of the best exercises you can do. Every muscle in your body should be engaged when doing them. Here is how. If at all possible, do them military style. Keep your butt sucked in as well as your stomach. Keep your back straight and do not hunch. Pull your elbows in as much as possible, and push up... let yourself down slowly. Do not let your body relax on the floor, your nose should just graze the floor. Do this till total exhaustion. Wait 30sec to 1min and go again. Do this several times every day. Promise it works...
