How to lose weight easily? -

My son is almost 5 months but I cannot seem to lose the baby weight . I don t eat an excessive amount of food and I stay pretty active keeping up with him. My husband and I also walk every day. So how on earth do I lose some weight? I cannot even seem to lose A pound. What are some tips and tricks? Also, if you are dieting, what s your day like(food, exercises, etc.)? Thanks.

To be quite honest with you, there is no easy way . I ve been in the same boat as you. I d exercise and eat right and wouldn t change even one ounce. I ve recently started Weight Watchers and I was amazed at how much it has really helped. Not that I m magically shedding the pounds, but its helped me to really pay attention to what I am eating. I always thought I didn t eat too bad before, but when you really look at all the nutritional facts (which you have to with weight watchers to determine the points), you realize how much crap you re eating. I d have one serving of macaroni and cheese thinking it wasn t so bad, but it was actually over 9 points (I get 30 points a day)! Its the little things. I go to the gym three days a week for an hour. On the days that I don t go to the gym, I do one of those 10 minute dancing work-out videos. Even if the pounds aren t rolling off, my energy level is through the roof!

Try bumping up the walk to a jog if you can. Is there a gym on post that you can go to a couple times a week while your husband keeps Noah? When I had my son two years ago and we lived on post I went to the gym a couple times a week with a friend of mine (who also had a baby around the same time I did). It helped some. But I didn t loose all the weight until he was about 11 months old. Increase your intake of vegetables and salads. Eat leaner meats. Try to aim for 30 minutes of cardio a day (walking, jogging, stationary bike). Any amount of exercise helps. But as my OB would tell me it took 9 months to put it on, it ll take about 9 months to take it off . I m breast feeding so I am not really able to diet, but I do limit sweets, I drink lots of water and V8 Fusion. I don t drink sodas at all. I limit processed foods, but I still love my Sun Chips :) Breast feeding burns off about 500 calories a day for me, but I still go for walks as often as I can. I also have a two year old that I chase around, so that keeps me on my toes. With just having Noah, you could take him on a walk in your spare time with him in his stroller. Make it a daily walk thing for you and him.

writw down what you eat for a week and work out the average calorie intake you have for a day. your new diet should be reduced by 500 calories- bulk it out with vegetables and fruits and high fibresome foods. make sure your walks are brisk enough to get you out of breathe, and include some weight training exerscises to build muscle and metabolism.

Hi there,I think you might be getting a little mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose weight but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you d like to shape (I d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. I m not trying to pick at your question - I just want to clarify the point for you.To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of fat AND build muscle at the same time. If you re looking to trim and tone your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you re wanting to build muscles - it s better to do it all with exercise.Exercises like jogging won t exactly build your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles. These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles). If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise - jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day). How do i lose fast weight? - Healthy life every day!search :http://www.google.com/search?hl=en lr= newwindow=1 as_qdr=all q=%22How+do+i+lose+fast+weight%3F%22+-answers.yahoo+loseweighthappy btnG=Search
