How to lose weight?? -

Well I want to lose 10 pounds within a week. How do i do this without taking any pills or special foods, or going to weight watchers or anything like that. How do i just lose 10 pounds with in a week??

you cant healthyyou can do it unhealthy but its going to look very prettyjust stop eating and drink alot of water but remember when you try to eat again you going to gain like 20 pounds backso the best thing to do is go on a low cal diet and exercise every day and you can loose up 5 pounds a week so you could loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks if you motivated enough

well you should walk more aften and you will start to lose weight and there is no amount how far you should run just run as far as you think you can and i be leave that you can run at least 5 miles a day and there you go
