same here. I m at the perfect wieght but I think I m fat and I hate my thighs. To me they r huge but to other people they say they r OK! ok doesn t cut it 4 me and I don t like to be just average, I want to be super skinny or just yea.....We have stuff incommon that s cool! well try doing lunges and pilates on exercise videos. I m 12 and I do exercise videos.

It sounds like you are skinny already, so your best first step would be talking to your doctor. They will advise you if you are a good weight, or even anorexic. A lot of women in this day and age are with all the airbrushed models in every magazine you see. There is nothing wrong with a woman that you don t have to worry about breaking during rough sex or even a strong hug

If your weight and BMI is normal or nearly so, then losing weight is not your problem. The problem is that you still think, incorrectly, that you re fat. You should ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist.
well if your normal then dont but i can relate to you because ppl say i am perfect but i still think i am fat and they say i shouldnt lose any weight. im 5 7 and 123.
