I m sorry that your mother is pressuring you like that, my mother does the same thing.First off, don t let her or anyone else get to you. Remember you are beautiful. If you let anyone keep bringing you down, it will hurt and you will do something that you wish you hadn t. Trust me, I was suffering from bulimia from always being criticized.Secondly, you can t rush loosing weight, it takes time and if you rush, it will hurt your body and not help you at all. Since you are 13, it won t help with growing and maturing.Thirdly, cut out the junk food, if you really want to eat that cookie, taste it, but that s it. Just take a very small piece of it and eat it, but that s it. Once you can control yourself, eat an apple instead. Or a banana or orange. Anything that is natural and has a lot of color. Vegetables are good too.NEVER skip breakfast, if you do your metabolism actually slows down and you can actually gain weight or not loose it at all.Don t eat past 8, unless you haven t eaten because you were too busy then of course you should eat and not starve yourself.Drink lots of water (about 2-3 water bottles everyday), no soda. If you want juice go right ahead, but don t drink it everyday.And exercise. Yes, one of the hardest things to do. Haha. But seriously, I joined the city soccer team and lots 20 lbs. Crazy yes? But you don t have to join a team or a fitness club. You can go take an hour walk at the park, go jogging or biking with your friends. And if you go running, run with a friend. When you run, if you aren t able to talk to your friend, you are running to fast, and if you can keep talking really fast, then you are going to slow.Exercise doesn t have to be dreadful, enjoy it.You can even do 20 crunches in before going to sleep and after waking up. Maybe 10 push ups as well. And slowly increase.Good luck. And remember, you are doing this for yourself, and for no one else. 3
One good way is to cut out all sugar - which won t be unhealthy and cut out all soda and juices - stick to water only. However, you do need to be very careful because you are still young and growing and maturing. You have to make sure that you are getting enough nutrients and are being smart. You have to eat enough and be healthy or you could damage your body and end up gaining more weight because your body is reacting. You should exercise 3x a week and eat plenty of veggies and get your vitamins. Sleeping at least 8 hours a night also helps w/ weight loss and management becuase when you dont get enough sleep you gain extra weight. Just be healthy.

do lots of intense exercize 3hrs a day. run, lift weights, and do aerobics. make sure you stretch alot too. and about the junk food, cut it down a little. :)
#1 Nothing we can suggest will get you to lose enough weight in time for school.#2 You HAVE to exercise, I reccomend going out or a sport because if your not active, your lying around, and you ll just get bored an eat.#3 You don t have to give up junk food, just cut back on it. Ex: my parents only let me drink soda on saturday, and after 2 months, I didn t feel that urge to drink it anymore. #4 BRING YOUR LUNCH, you can exercise all you want, but if your chugging down freeze-dried sugary school lunches, you might as well be wasting your time.Hope this helps :)
