I am a vegetarian and was wondering how to lose weight.? -

I do hip hop abs and hour every day and wanted to know how to lose weight by the 25 even just a few pounds. What should i eat and what more exxercise should i do?

I am also a vegetarian and am still trying to lose weight. Eat hearty, full course meals (trust me on this). I do Tai Chi its calming and it works you abdomen well. I ve only been doing it for a few weeks and already lost 7 pounds!

i was just wondering how you gain weight if your a vegeterian ?
