i hate running and its winter so there s snow everywhere, i ll do anything else

Running in the snow and cold is hardcore. Don t be ambarrsed. Put on a hoodie, sweats, beenie and go! I run 3 miles a night in a foot of snow. The mind gives up before the body.

You don t actually have to run to get thinner. Just walk fast until your pulse is higher thn usall. But, if you prefer to stay inside, you maybee can get a bike-machine (Don t now the english word, i m not from a english talking country). Maybe try to go a trainingplace or something like that. Or just try another training/sport on the winter...like yoga, pilates, dance or something. Good luck!
