How to lose weight quick? -

Hii lost weight recently but i start gaining again. We bought a treadmill now i was wondering how much i can lose??? I would love to lose 20 pounds quick i just don t know howThanks for your help

I m going to do the lemonade diet... it s a cleanse. For 10 days you only drink a juice you make yourself. And a few other things. Read the booklet. Just eat 6 good small meals a day and you will be surprised how well that works. But make sure its not junk food. Take care.p
