How to lose weight? -

I have been trying to lose weight and its just not working...I have tried low carb and started to gain weight when i was still on the diet. i tried low calorie, didn t work. I have also exercised... i just dont know what to do! has anything worked for anyone? i really want to lose about 30 -40 pounds and perfer quick..please help. what has worked for you?

in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! -- thats my first step. Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. After that you pretty much clean the house or whatever maybe take a walk while its cool, walk your pet dog, if you have one, i like to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot outside! After that you wait a few hours being active as can be, then you relax a little and do some sit ups and lift weights to your own schedule... and your own statistics like weight height goals.. or whatever.. thats what i usually do! And then i like to stretch at the beginning of the day.. hahaMORE TIPS: chew gum - sugar free. It makes you not snack because if you chew it, you dont want to snack because then you will have to spit out your gum! works for me.. thats my trick tip - now read the losing weight 411EXTRA: breathing for an hour burns 60 calories, so thats a little lift off your chest hahaand sleeping is the same rate :)excersise at least 60 minutes a day if you can :)-------hey, you know what? The most unexpensive weight loss thing to do, is to try to burn more calories than you eat, dont eat unhealthy like a 500 calorie diet! All that will do is make you sick, you NEED to be healthy to lose weight properly. Im trying to lose weight too! So basically here are some tips to speed up your metabolism: Drink 1-3 glasses of green tea a dayTry and eat Chilli peppers somehow, ((chilli DUH )) they help. 8 classes of water a daythe more active you are, the faster your metabolism will grow to be. did you know that breathing for an hour burns 60 calories all on its own? And SLEEP is very important, try to go to sleep on time and get your ages average amount of sleep,. ask your doctor what a healthy weight for you is, and then after you have reached that goal do sit ups and crutches - among many other core excersises, Run to slim out, and make sure you burn more calories than you eat - had to repeat that!Fruits and veggies are REALLY low in calories and FULL of nutrition. If you like Tacos? Ditch the hard shell, maybe try a taco salad.. without the shell of course! Lettuce with meat is good, but PLEASE try mixing it with turkey and beef so that it isnt all fat. Chicken salad is good, you want the protein but you dont want fried anything really, once in a while if fine but remember - YOU HAVE TO BURN OFF THOSE EXTRA CALORIES. Excersises excersise excersise. Dont over do it - dont starve yourself, be moderate and stay active. GOOGLE: 100 ways to burn 100 calories, their are some pretty cool things you can do! Stay away from starchy and high carb foods - mostly white things. Bread is a bad, so try to stick to thin, HIGH in fiber, slices :) you can google all the stuff and before you know it you will feel so good about it all and IM actually excited to start working out and all that, just because I know what it will do for me!but if you must go with a diet, try weight watchers...and the one diet ive tried that worked to get rid of that first 5-10 pounds was the 4 day wonder diet.. :) but its not very healthy and its only for four days: its up to you to keep your diet going!

the safest weight loss is not quick . forget the low fat junk. everyone needs fat, fat is not bad. Stay away from sugar anything white and stay away from all processed and canned foods. eat grill or baked meat and fresh vegs. for snacks have a hand full of nuts or carrot sticks or celery with peanut butter . you have to have protein. you also have to exercise to, start slow and work up to at least 30 minutes a day. you can do this by walking. i recommend a website natratech.com they have some valuable info there. you have to allow yourself to cheat once in a while. instead of a diet make it about being healthy a life style change.

I d count calories and exercise. However much you want to weight, multiply that by 10 and that s how many calories you can eat daily. I divide it by three so it s easier to see how many calories I can have at each meal. You have to keep it up for two weeks and you ll notice your stomach will begin to strink and you not wanting to eat as much.

personally, i weighed 260lbs. I was one of the heaviest kids in high school, but now im 234lbs. the best method i used was the 4-quarter method(used in football)I did 40 sit-ups and crunches. 1)do 40 of each2)do 30 of each3)do 20 of each4)do 10 of each I did that for about 6-7 weeks i started off thinking it was helpless but then i started seeing results!! =)good luck!!

Stop doing fad/trend diets. They don t work. All you have to do is watch what you eat and EXERCISE.Eat about 1200-1500 calories per day. Exercise for about 30-60 minutes a day/lose 500 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.Any quick methods will have your weight bouncing back to the original and even more weight.

Well I did the scarsdale diet. It s healthy food and you lose weight fast, I ve had no problems with it, I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks, you basically lose a pound a day in some cases. You just have to eat what it tells you to.This is the menu,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarsdale_Dtry researching it more to see if you would be interested in it.

first never ever skip breakfast but watch what ya eat no fried ok lol then start watching the drinks you drink even diet soda drink alot of water exercise but add alot of physical activity like bike riding swimming jogging mow grass stay consistent and you will for sure lose good luck

Just try lots and lots of excersise!!!eat very healthy not to muchTry taking long runs or walks everyday....dont eat too much fats..dont eat thoselose weight bars most of the time theyjust make you bigger especially if you take alot

What has helped me is eating less and excercising more.

The old fashioned tried-and-true method: eating healthily and exercising regularly.Fad diets are not the optimal food intake for your body because it very rarely accommodates all the nutrition you need. Portion control is key. Also, keeping fresh fruits and veggies (i.e. healthy choices) around is very helpful. When you have cravings, you will eat whatever you have which may be a carrot instead of potato chips. Now I cannot dismiss the genetic component factored into your losing (or not losing) weight. If you are fighting genetics, you may have to be more vigilant than others to lose the weight.Make sure you drink lots of water. Oftentimes the feeling of thirst is misconstrued to be feelings of hunger. You may consider seeing a nutritionist or a doctor to ensure you do not have a medical issue that is preventing you from losing weight (such as a thyroid problem). Please keep in mind that weight is not so important as feeling healthy and changing not just the mass of your body but also the shape. Pay attention to the way your clothes fit. It is better to lose less weight healthily than to lose more weight unhealthily and then gain it back again.Committing yourself to a healthy lifestyle and not being fixated on losing a set amount of weight is the best way. Get active doing things that you love: swim, hike, cycle, yoga, take up a sport. Find a work out buddy or commute to work on a bicycle. Join a gym and get a personal trainer.Do whatever works and is sustainable for you to be happiest and healthiest. If you find something that gets you active and love it, you ll continue to do it and you won t even notice you re losing weight.
