Slowly increase the walking from 2 miles to 2.5, 3, and then 3.5...etc.Also, watching what you eat would be a good idea. Try to eat healthier foods and stay away from fast food. I count my calories and try to limit myself to 1400-1600 a day. (I actually need around 2000.)Hope this helps.
BTW, you are not fat. I20 lbs is thin and slim. If people are telling that you are fat, stop listening to them. You re probably not loosing weight cause you don t have much too loose.
At that age you should just eat well and stay active! You may seem heavy but if you are healthy it doesn t matter your weight.
