Are there any foods/exercises to lose weight faster? -

just curious. thankss :)

Eating Protein helps your muscles burn the fat. So eat lots of anything with it! and do 50 push-ups a day.

Take it mathematically, consumption of calories versus burning calories. But faster could be problematic. Be hopeful, be realistic, and achieve your aim gracefully though slowly. Good Luck !!!
