For a couple of weeks, it probably won t hurt to focus on proteins and lots of green leafy veg, and cut down on carbs. Get plenty of fluids and make sure you eat enough high-quality, additive-free food to stay healthy. Go to the gym or exercise regularly, and you won t get into a situation where you have to hurt your body to try and make it look good .
Well, you should have started this 2 months ago, but the cabbage soup iet works wonders. but it is NOT to be used for more than a week. What I would suggest for you is go on the cabbage soup diet for a week, then start counting calories, or join weight watchers or jenny craig. On the CS diet, I lost 10 pounds in a week. It is actually very healthy becaquse it cleanses your body of any toxins that have built up. High protein, low carbs. But drink lots of water. Get your carbs from veggies. Eat lean protein and go for runs every day. Start with walking if you re not fit and work up to running at least 3 miles a day.
Loosing weight fast is not healthy as you most likely already know. But, the best way is to eat protein and leave off all carbs.
