Eat high fiber fruits and vegetables. They fill you up fast plus they have a lot of water in them that will go right through your system and keep colon clean. Melon is also good. You can eat as much melon as you like without putting on weight. You just will pee a lot and may have loose stools. So stay close a restroom. Another quick but good way is look for the Hollywood diet in the drug store. It is expensive but it is a 24 to 48 hour program for fasting. With this you still need to be close to a restroom, because it may have you running also. Good luck and stay healthy.
You should try to lose it in a healthy manner so that the weight stays off. There is a celebrity juice fast that you could try, but you should contact your doctor first to be sure its okay (I don t know if you have any health issues). You can buy it at almost any drugstore. It is a 2 day fast that advertises a loss of 10 pounds in those 2 days. I don t know if it works; I ve never tried it. Good luck and be safe.
i know someone that was in the same position as you. she was also bulimic. she never made it to prom. so please don t start it again. just get your daily exercise and be patient.
i suggest that you exercise at least 3 times a week ..when you exercise do some aerobic exercise that makes you sweat alot..eat alot fruit and veggies.. and drink lots of water..And on the days you dont exercise try to be more active, that all will help you lose weight in a few weeks.
