Heavy cardio. Running or any really high intensity/high movement sport is the best, but biking, swimming, and even power walking will do it. Do it for at least 30 minutes at a stretch, and try to do it every day. Jumping jax will even help!Hope I Helped,:-)
walking is good, but it won t burn much calories to lose weight fast. You need to really change the way you eat, cut out sugar, carb and softdrinks. Drink just water and eat healthy including fruits and veggies. You can start off walking, but you should work up to running or doing something else with a lot of cardio- thats how you really burn a lot of calories. Good luck
One of my favorite exercises is to work-out on an elliptical trainer. It s like a cross between a stairmaster, bycycle, and treadmill. It works a lot of different muscle groups and it s low impact too. Swimming is a great way to lose weight too. I love swimming and I find it helps me stay flexible and stretched.
Being a trainer, the first step is indeed eating healthy. For the first week walking 2 miles sounds good, but after that you should start jogging and eventually start running. The more you sweat, the more you burn, the more you lose. Eat protein which includes fish, grilled chicken and eggs. Good Luck
I would continue walking but increasing how much you walk in a certain amount of time gradually for better results. Also, lets say you walk about 1 hour a day, you should jog the last 5-10 minutes, and give it your all without straining your body. Good luck!
swimming s a really good exercise, you won t even notice how long you ve been exercising.running works your legs really nicely too,but it gets boring and tiring, so be sure to get music or a tv in front of you when you re on the treadmill.
you have to do cardio: walk, run, bike, etc. just start off at what your comfortable with and work yourself up from there.dont do too much weights or other exercises that build muscle cuz then you will not lose much weight.GOOD LUCK!
well what i do to lose weight is i dont eat anything....and when i think about eating..or im about to faint...i eat a cracker and then do 30 crunches!
Try walking in the moring so it is not so hot and also try a pilates strenght building exersisealso limit tv write poetry more you like that
