Will you lose weight faster if you wear more clothes? -

I was wondering if you would lose more weight if you wore more clothes while you run or whatever type of excersize you are doing, cause it will make you sweat more.

Yes that is a mehtod just like wearing a gertle, it will make you produce more sweat wich will help you lose a few pounds. Warning: Include exersize, and healthy eating or else this probably wont help much.

You wont loose bulk. you may loose a little bit more, but thats only because you are loosing water. That is only good if you are bloated, if you arent, then you are dehydrating your body with will slow down your metabolism and you will burn less fat. You will get headaches and being dehydrated can make you break out because the toxins in your body have nothing to help flush them out. If you decide to pick up the sweat pace, then be sure to drink TWICE as much water. try to drink a gallon over the course of the whole day. Just be careful, dehydration can be dangerous and is always uncomfortable.

True, you will sweat more, however, you may also become over heated and dehydrated. You need to able to cool down, your body will not do what it is suppossed to if you inhibit it in anyway. Wear the same amount of clothes and puch yourself to workout out an extra 5 - 10 minutes each time.

If something makes you sweat more doesn t imply that you will lose weight. Even though you are sweating more, you are just losing water-weight and will put that back on by drinking water.Here is a diet that I recommend:1. DRINK A LOT OF WATER.2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm. The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eatThe reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily. Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer. Good luck getting into shape.By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week. Give it a month to start to see results. You will lose more without the going out to eat thing. Also, stay away from alcohol

If you wear like 50lbs of hot clothes, you would sweat and work out every time you moved, so yes depending on your definition of more you would lose weight.

maybe, because if you sweat you can lose weight. But your not going to lose weight fast by doing that. Try eating healthier food and exercising. you can run for exercising or workout. Good Luck! luv ya T

I dont think so, But you may loose a bit of weight. I say 2 kg a month. But doesnt it make sense. You are wearing 2 or more layers of clothing. Unless you look like a skinny model then it balances. If your gosh overweight then dont you think you might look like an over grown penguin?

At that time, yes. But it s just water weight, so it ll come right back... don t torture yourself with extra clothes
