OK, me personally, I have a very small room. But its where i like to work out. So everday I do 500 crunches. In sets of 100 s it seems like a lot but what you acheive is pretty good. I also put my leg on my dresser and stretch down and touch the floor on each side if that makes sense. I also only eat to meals a day. I find it helpful to eat to meals of reasonable porportions because then you do not eat as much. I have lost 2 inches in 5 days.
Interval training is supposed to be really good. Since you don t have much space you could try skipping as fast as you can for 30sec and then slowly for 30sec.The best form of exercise overall is anything you enjoy so that you stick to it and weight stays off!
Running long distances
They actually don t say that exercise is the best way to lose weight. Diet is the best way to lose weight. losing weight is 90% diet and 10% exercise.That said, cardio burns the most calories. There are tons of great exercise videos out there that you can use in your home with limited space needed.
The best way to lose weight is by exercising, the trick is to burn more calories than you take in. The most sufficient exercises would probably be running. i know it sounds really boring but i started to run and i loved it i lost 20 pounds and i can now run about 8 km a day.
