its simple you aren t loosing weight because your body knows that you have not extra weight to loose
Drop your caloric intake to 1,000-1,200 calories per day. Just because you are eating healthy doesn t mean that you aren t still overeating. If your caloric intake is still too high, you will not lose weight. Decrease your carbohydrate intake and eat complex carbohydrates (brown rice, whole wheat) rather than simple carbohydrates (white rice, white bread). Increase your protein intake (chunk light tuna, beef, eggs).Read every label of everything you buy. Make sure that high fructose corn syrup is not one of the ingredients. It s in everything, so be prepare to spend $3.00 for a loaf of bread without it in it.Good luck.
how long have you been dieting and exercising? A lot of people give up really fast because they dont see quick results. Losing noticeable weight can take up to months to see so dont get discouraged!! Also, it may be a thyroid problem, the thyroid regualtes metabolism. So if you feel its necessary, you may go to the doctor and see whats up. You may also visit a nutritionist if you like. But dont give up the exercise and dieting!! Not just because of your weight, but also for your overall health. Oh and by the way, for your height, you are in the right weight range, but i guess it depends on your body fat %.If its fat you want to burn then do more endurance and weight lifting.running is also great for building lean muscle. but keep it up and good luck!:D
