How can I lose weight fast? -

I need it in like 2 weeks or 1 week please

Cut back on calories. It healthy protein, fruits, and veggies. Limit the fat to a minimum. Running burns the most calories.

It depends!! how much kilo you need to loose ?Basicaly, cut down carbs COMPLETLY, cut down suger, salt and fat oh and coffee b/c coffee is known to slow down your metobolism. Eat only vegtables, and salad preferably green salad. and go to the gym like 5 days a week, work realy hard.Try extra virgin coconut oil, reaserch shows that extra virgin coconut oil speed your metobolism, and dont worry it wont make you fat lol, its natural fat. And its good treatment for ppl who has colestrol. Use 2 tb/s a day.By doing this you should be able to loose up2 3-4 kilos within 2 weeks.

you could lift weights or do cardio workouts that will keep your heart rate as high as possible during your workouts... if you do lift weights do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of weight that you can handle... little rest as possible will help you lose weight faster..... Good luck!
